PURCHASE

Step 1 – Select a product.

Click Add to Cart, which will automatically add it to your shopping cart.

Step 2 – Place your order.

Go to the “Shopping Cart” section, carefully read all the information about the product you have chosen and fill in the required fields, as well as review the selected products and their quantity.

Step 3 – Continue to payment

Click Continue to make a purchase, the page will open the payment window, in which you must enter the necessary data so we can contact you, deliver the goods according to the selected type of shipment and send an invoice confirming the purchase. If you are satisfied with the order, choose one of the purchase payment methods.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

For your convenience, we offer payment by bank card or bank transfer. By choosing this payment method, you can pay for your order immediately and receive the product at the Purpurs office, Omniva parcel terminal (Baltic states), or by courier at a convenient time! For international shipping, we offer mail services.

Payment by bank card is only possible if the bank that issued the card to you participates in the program for secure online purchases (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa). After entering the bank card data, you can be sent to your bank’s page for entering the security code, which is necessary to verify your personal data. If the payment is not confirmed, please contact your bank, which has issued you a payment card, or choose another payment method.

PAYMENT

If you choose direct payment to complete your purchase, Paysera saves your credit card details. They are encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. When done, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Board, a joint committee of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure secure credit card information processing in our store and its service provider.

PURCHASE OF GOODS AND TIME OF DELIVERY

We offer payment and shipping worldwide. If the product is in stock, then the standard delivery takes place within 3-7 working days, for Baltic states, and 1-3 weeks by mail. If the product is not in stock or is ordered with a custom design then the shipping takes extra 7-10 working days. The maximum delivery time is 45 days.

RETURN OF GOODS

According to our policy, the goods can be returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to return the product, it must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Personalized products (engraved photo albums and guest books) will not be returned or refunded unless a defect in the manufacturing or shipping process has been identified at the time of receiving the product.

In order to return the product, we need a proof of purchase in the online store, a bank payment document.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed and the money will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within the specified time.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

We exchange the product or an equivalent alternative within 1-3 weeks. Depending on the location the time it may take to deliver your returned item may vary.
